A sample yield note

What could one acre produce?

Owners often ask what an orchard acre might grow once it matures. Here is a worked example for a mixed orchard on this estate — read it as an illustration, not a forecast.

Sample: 1-acre mixed orchard (illustrative)

Illustrative produce and value ranges by year for a one-acre mixed orchard
YearWhat's producingSample produce value
1Inter-crops: ragi, vegetables₹25,000 – 40,000
2–3Inter-crops, guava & papaya begin₹50,000 – 90,000
4–5Mango, sapota & guava bearing₹1.2 – 1.8 L
6+Mature orchard with coconut₹1.8 – 2.6 L

Please read: these figures are illustrative examples based on typical yields for a mixed orchard in this region. Real produce depends on rainfall, pests, soil and market prices, and can be much lower. Management fees are not deducted. This is not an investment offer, a promise of returns or financial advice.

Questions

Before you visit.

Who looks after my plot when I'm not there?

Our resident farm team waters, weeds, prunes and harvests every plot under an agronomist's plan. You get a photo update every month.

Can I stay overnight on the farm?

Owners can book the clubhouse farm-stay rooms. A few nights each month are included; extra nights are charged at cost.

What paperwork comes with the plot?

Our legal team walks you through the title documents, the sale deed and current rules for buying farmland in Karnataka before you decide. Take your own lawyer's advice too.

Can I visit on a weekday?

Yes. Site visits run every day from 8 am to 6 pm. Weekends are busier, so book a day ahead.
